Apply concealer to the under-eye area and blend. 5. For extreme dark circles, apply the Eraser Eye Neutralizer under concealer. 6. To add luminosity, apply the Eraser Eye Brightener to the inner corner of eyes, cheek, brow bones and bridge of the nose. 7.
