HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO RETURN?
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim your product.
- Once your claim is submitted, you will receive your payout after 90 days.
- Please get in touch within the 7-day window as claims requested after this period may not be accepted.
- The same policy applies across all product categories.
IN WHAT CONDITION CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED?
We accept returns in every condition. This includes unopened and unused items in original packaging, opened or used items that did not meet your expectations, items that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, and items that were the wrong size, colour, or variant. We do not penalise you for trying a product. If it did not work out for any reason, you are covered.
WILL YOU RECEIVE A REFUND AND HOW MUCH?
Yes — you will receive a 100% full refund on the item returned. There are no restocking fees, no deductions, and no hidden charges. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, we will also cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds are typically processed after 90 days after we receive your return.
HOW WILL YOUR REFUND BE ISSUED?
Your refund will always be returned to your original payment method. We do not force store credit on our customers.
Paid by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex — refund goes back to your card. Paid via PayPal — refund is returned directly to your PayPal account. Paid with Klarna — refund is processed through Klarna and your plan is updated accordingly. Paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay — refund is returned to the linked payment method.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Step 1 — Contact us at velorahaven.store/pages/contact within 7 days of delivery. Step 2 — Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. Step 3 — We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions. Step 4 — Send the item back within 90 days of your original delivery date. Step 5 — Once we receive your item, your full refund will be processed after 90 days.
