Velora Haven ships exclusively within the United States. We offer two shipping options at checkout.
STANDARD SHIPPING — FREE
Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Cost: Free on every order— no minimum spend required.
Standard shipping is available on all orders across every product category. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING — $4.99
Delivery Time: 3 working days from dispatch. Cost: $4.99 flat rate per order — regardless of how many items you order.
Express shipping provides priority handling and is dispatched ahead of standard orders. Enhanced tracking with more frequent courier updates is included. Ideal for gifts, urgent, or time-sensitive purchases.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and US federal holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Processing time is in addition to the quoted delivery window.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders include full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us.
DELIVERY NOTES
We deliver to all addresses within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, or courier delays outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
Standard Shipping: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 16 working days of dispatch. Express Shipping: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch.
We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer a full resend or 100% refund — your choice.
